The next three days will be open gym arrangements to allow all the equipment to be handed back.
Come in, do a WOD, do some lifting or just check out the changes we have made to the gym.
All Zoom sessions are still running Friday and Saturday.

Sunday 3 May - Rest Day

In 2 weeks CrossFit Darwin will reopen! 
Next week I will send an email to everyone that will detail equipment hand back days and times. I will also provide information on sessions available as of Friday 15th May. Until then keep joining in on zoom sessions via the link on this page or the CFD programmed sessions under the guidance of Ros via Facebook live.
Tomorrow (Monday) is a public holiday so zoom times are 8:30am and 4pm.
