Friday 24 Feb - Open Games WOD # 1 - 7 Min AMRAP - Burpees!

 At the top of each rep jump up and touch a target set 6 inches above your max reach.
This is the first WOD of 5 for the CrossFit Open Games. Most CrossFitters in the world will attempt this WOD this week. If you are good enough to finish in the top 60 male or female OR if the CrossFit Darwin team finishes in the top 30 then we are off to Sydney, May 18-20 to compete in the Regionals!
