Friday 07 May - CrossFit Darwin Rest Day

A reminder that there will be No Saturday Morning WOD this week. I will keep you all posted on how I am going at the regionals - my aim is to survive!!

  4. At the moment CrossFit Darwin workouts are free. Not for long though, keep an eye on the website next week for the different payment options that will soon be in place. However, Fundamentals and your first week at CFD will always be free.

    Results from work:

    Cazz - 15kg - 4 rnds
    Luke - 40kg - 2 rnds, 35kg 3 rnds
    Phil - 25kg - 5 rnds
    Wal - 35kg - 4 rnds
    Carmen - 20kg - 5 rnds + 1 clean
