    What are the weights fornthe exercises?

    its for load not time, so you would use the heaviest weight you could. We will probably start a little low and work up.

  3. Sorry I wasn't there last night. I so wanted to do a Barbara, unfortunately I did the rookie mistake of eating at the hospital canteen - not good. Any way, if you don't mind a slightly swollen and squidgy Emma, then I will be there tonight.
