  3. Hi Kel - decided to do the two weekend WODs in a row instead of Crossfit total...I get nervous lifting heavy weight without you there!!

    21, 15, 9 - Burpees / Push Ups
    - 5 mins rest
    4 rnds - 50 squats / 400m run
