Thursday 14 Apr - Games WOD #4 - 10Min AMRAP - 60 Bar Facing Burpees, 30 OverHead Squat (55/40), 10 Muscle Ups
A 'bar facing burpee' goes like this - do a burpee facing a barbell (with bumper plates attached), jump over the barbell (2 foot takeoff, 2 foot landing), turn around to face the barbell again - repeat for 60 reps! If you are still on the CrossFit Games Leader Board as soon as you do 1 burpee that is a RX'D score, so you remain on the leader board - sweet!
