Sunday 24 November - NTWA Weightlifting Comp at 9:30am.......after ‼️ 4pm Open Gym & WOD ‼️

Today we are hosting the Northern Territory Weightlifting Association’s last competition for 2024. It starts at 9:30am and will include a few lifters from CFD.
Everyone is welcome to come watch!
The morning Workout time has changed to 4pm.
