  2. Haha, having about 30 people at 6pm run down the road with plates over their heads, in the rain, was an awesome sight! There are going to be some sore legs for the next couple of days.........

  3. Suggestion: Water station at the 50m mark????? Maybe even 2 a 33m and a 66m??? I almost would've preferred to do this in the rain. Was tempted to walk 50m in to grab water and then get back to it!!!!!!!

  5. Check out how quickly my heart rate went up from tonight's WOD!!
    I wore my HR monitor during the push press and my heart rate went up as soon as we started the workout and didn't go back down till I stopped! Note the points where my garmin stopped working (obviously when we we're out in the rain!)
