Saturday 27 Aug - 2 Partner WOD's - WOD #1 - 12 Min AMRAP - Partner #1 Runs 400m while Partner #2 completes max reps of Power Snatch (40/30). WOD #2 - 12min AMRAP - Partner #1 Rows 500m while Partner #2 completes max reps of DB Squat Cleans (15/10)

 There will be a 3 min rest between each AMRAP
