    Results from one of the deployed WoDers.

    Todays WoD,
    1st round = 4 @ 40kg
    2nd round =5 plus 4 PJ @ 40kg
    3rd round = 3 plus 3 snatch @25kg

    Went easy on the snatch as it has been a while.

    Checked out Southern Crossfit yesterday and today. It was awesome!!! Here's what I did! (maybe their WODs will give you some ideas for your future WODs)

    01 Nov 10
    WU - 3x5 OHS - 20kg
    then
    21-15-9
    Snatch, Burpees - 20kg
    -12.04min

    02 Nov 10
    WU - Snatch Grip Deadlift 5-5-5 (40kg-45kg-50kg)
    then
    5 rnds
    3 deadlifts (60kg)
    5 burpees (jumping over bar)
    100m run
    -6.40min
