Tue 28 Sep - Pull Up Extravaganza!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
I want everyone to think of a skill or weakness they would like to work on and we will spend some time working it!

Monday 27 Sep - Fight Gone Bad' - 3 Rnds - Wall Ball (8ft/10ft), Sumo Deadlift HighPull (25/35), Box Jump, Push Press (25/35) Row

 Compare to FGB 14 Jul
In this workout you move from each of the five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate" the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. However as we do not have rowers (yet) we will sub in a shuttle run.
