    Perth is great and I've even found a decent CrossFit down here, but one thing is for sure, it's not nearly as much fun as CFD. I miss you guys.
    Enjoy today's workout, I really enjoyed it (once done) last time.

  5. ok my mistake, that makes my time feel better, i did it with 70 kg total but only did 100 m each time, 7 mins 58, it was heavy
