  4. Hey Kelly and CFD crew,

    Just did this one (its still Monday here). Had to change the OH Squats to Back Squats because the handles on my Aquabag are a little too narrow for an overhead grip, finished in 17:17. Damn those runs were hard in -15 too, dunno what went numb first, my face or my lungs.
