Tuesday 29 Jun - "Angie" - 100 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups, 100 Squats

All 100 Reps are done on each exercise before moving to the next one.

    Great effort to all those who got 100 kipping pull ups out - all the practice is paying off! Who needs skin on the hands anyway?!!

  5. Angie - Rx'd time, don't know, don't you hate when you think you have started you watch and then check it at the end of the WOD and it still says zero.
