Nice turn out for the first Open Gym. A snatch PR, improved sit up technique, greater range of movement for front squat and some kipping practice. Nice work!


  1. So Kel, the challenge is to post a 2nd WOD each that can be done with 2 x 16kg KBs, 1 x 20kg KB, 2 x 24kg KB, rings, pullup bar, running, skipping rope, trunks for box jumps and body weight available for use.
