Wednesday 05 May - "Barbara" - 5 Rnds - 20 Pull Ups, 30 Push Ups, 40 Sit Ups, 50 Squats. 3 minutes rest between each round

    the guys did 5 rounds of 6 burpee, 12 push up, 24 squat run 100m on monday
    then 100m forward run, 100m backward run every 2 min on the 2 min for 20 min, I need one for tomorrow.
