All sets of Double Unders must be Unbroken before you can move onto the next set. The rope must stop between sets. There is a 20min time cap so if your double unders are not so amazing consider this a 20min Double Under practice session!
Hi Amy in Canada. I hear you - my calves hate me! It must be all in the name because the only other person here to complete this WOD in the 20min cut off time was Amy C!
My calves are still sore from this WOD and I did it 5 days ago!!! Amazing!

ReplyDeleteI just started crossfit, but a few years ago I did a lot of jump roping. Time was 5:25.
