 Practice - Handstands
WOD - Tabata Sets - 20secs work 10secs rest for 8 sets of the following - PushUps, SitUps, KB Swings, Burpees
If you don't have a Kettle Bell swing anything heavy - dumbbell, brick, anything??

    Didn't do tabata's myself today (took the dog's to Casuarina beach for sprints, handstand push up practice and 'bessa block' swings with a found block) but I did find this good online Tabata timer:‏
    I might use it in the next few days and try to do 'Tabata this'.

    Aaron & I did the Tabata WOD however we sub'd a few things:

    Push Ups - 10
    Sit Ups - 10
    Ring Dips (assisted) - 7
    Burpees - 6
    Total - 33

    HSPU - 3
    Sit Ups - 10
    Pull Ups - 6
    Burpees - 7
    Total - 26
