Friday 16 Apr - CrossFit Darwin Rest Day

Kell strong on the Turkish Get Ups - great form there!
I think the skills session tonight was one of the best sessions we have had - we have a few more exercises to practice now - and that is all it is, plenty of PRACTICE!
Everyone needs to rest up tomorrow so we can hit Saturdays WOD hard!!

  2. ...yeah, um, kind of forgot my time after I fell over in heap after the last sprint. Looks like we'll have to do it again just to get the times!!

    Man, what a killer, I only stopped having chest pain about an hour ago!! Did you see the CF WOD?? Four rounds for time of: Row 500 meters, Rest 3 minutes... so close to what we actually did!!
