    Excellent Weightlifting Comp at NTIS today. Awesome effort by all the first time lifters from CFD - Em, Amy, Aaron and David. Also a very big thank you to all that came along to support and cheer - I am sure you will all be keen to compete on Australia Day - It's going to be a big one!
