    Hey Kel & the rest of CFD!
    Az and I just finished day 1 of Level 1 CF Cert in Flagstaff, Arizona and we loved it. Met some amazing people including Josh Everett =D
    We've been visiting alot of different CF boxes on our travels and have been getting a nice collection of CF shirts.
    I must say that climbing Camelback Mountain above was the hardest thing I have done in a long while. It took me 2 hrs to get to the top and back and I had 50+ yr olds lapping me!! Being at an elevation of 7000ft really challenges you!! I look forward to getting back to sea level at CFD!!!! :)
