Friday 18 Feb - 'Angie' - 100 PullUp, 100 PushUp, 100 SitUp, 100 Squat

 I know I promised a 5k Run today but with the weather like it is I think it's best we stay indoors!

    When the WOD contains more than 20 sit ups DO NOT wear a g-banger to the session! Full briefs or commando only. Third degree burns ensued this morning, which became swiftly apparent as soon as I hit the shower. OUCH!
