Monday 29 Nov - Tabata Sets - Weighted PullUps (10/5), Weighted Squats (20/15), Weighted RingDips (10/5), DeadLifts (75/55)

 Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. Score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. If none of this makes sense don't worry - I will explain it before we start!

  1. This is one of my favourite photos that I have ever posted. It is a position we all occasionally find ourselves in, slumped over the bar drenched in sweat. It is what goes through our mind during these moments that determine what happens next though. Are you thinking 'F this, I've worked hard enough, i think I will call time before I have finished the prescribed reps or rounds,' or do you think '3-2-1- lets finish this'.
