  3. That's okay Jay - we have to go too heavy to know where our limit is - then just drop the weight a bit and perfect the movement before going up again

    Chris - It was 3 rnds. Only 1 person from CFD competed - Luke - as we did not get enough notice. Next time we will all be there!!

  4. Fight gone bad
    sub 20kg thrusters for wall ball and had to reset my watch after every minute so my score doesn't count, I cant wait to get back and do this Rx'd at the box.
    Now a week into eating as paleo as best I can while in another country, I cant believe how much of a difference it makes! I swear by cereal in the morning and thought that I wouldn't be able to do without it, I was wrong! I now have heaps more energy and feel much better and stronger. The next part will be trying to convert the missus.
    Kel - Im on the recruiting drive, I now have 3 blokes working out of an afternoon, they love it!
